Q     Daily—2 adults & 2 children

Each additional person age 5 and over: $8.00

Q     Weekly—2 adults & 2 children

$780.00 plus tax
Each additional person age 5 and over: $48.00

Q     Monthly—2 adults & 2 children

$2,340.00 plus tax
Each additional person age 5 and over: $90.00

Q     Seasonal—2 adults & 2 children

$4,700.00 plus tax
Each additional person age 5 and over: $100.00

All rentals are subject to a 7% N.J. State Sales Tax
At the time of check-in only cash, MasterCard or Visa is accepted.

Deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or
the reservation is automatically cancelled.

Deposits are payable by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa.  There is a $25.00 fee for all returned bank checks.

IMPORTANT INFOMATION

R      Maximum of 2 adults and up to 4 children(4 and 6 person trailers available)

R      Check-in: Between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

R      Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.

R      NO pets allowed in rentals, no exceptions.

REFUNDS

Deposit less $10.00 will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date otherwise a credit will be issued for that year. No refunds for inclement weather or early departure.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.  Please show consideration and courtesy to your neighbors.
