RATES
Q Daily—2 adults & 2 children	$80.00 plus tax
Q Weekly—2 adults & 2 children	$480.00 plus tax
Q Monthly—2 adults & 2 children	$1,440.00 plus tax
All rentals are subject to a 7% N.J. State Sales Tax At the time of check-in only cash, MasterCard or Visa is accepted.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
Q Regular Weekends—2 day minimum	$ 80.00
Q Holiday Weekends—3 day minimum	$240.00
Q Weekly	$240.00
Q Monthly	$720.00
Deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Deposits are payable by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned bank checks.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Q Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, no exceptions.
Q Check-in: Between 2:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. No check ins before 9:00am or after 10:00pm Office and gate are closed
Q Half day charge for arrival prior to 2pm and half day charge for departure after 12 Noon depending on rental availability
Q Check-out: By 12:00 Noon
Q NO pets or overnight guests allowed in rentals, no exceptions.
REFUNDS
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date otherwise a credit will be issued for that year. No refunds for inclement weather or early departure.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 8:00am - NJ Law. Please show consideration and courtesy to your neighbors.

Cabin Rental - Maximum 2 adults & 2 children		Spacious 20' x 12', Double bed & bunk beds, Water and electricity, Small refrigerator, microwave, Cable TV, Ceiling fan, Table & chairs, Picnic table, Charcoal grill and Outside fire ring. You only need to bring your own bed linens, blankets and towels.
