All rentals are subject to a 7% N.J. State Sales Tax
At the time of check-in only cash, MasterCard or Visa is accepted.

Deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or
the reservation is automatically cancelled.

Deposits are payable by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa.  There is a $25.00 fee for all returned bank checks.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Q     Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, no exceptions.

Q      Check-in: Between 2:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
No check ins before 9:00am or after 10:00pm Office and gate are closed

Q      Early arrival charge for arrival prior to 2pm and late departure charge for departure after 12 Noon depending on rental availability

Q     Check-out: By 12:00 Noon

Q     NO pets or overnight guests allowed in rentals, no exceptions.

REFUNDS

Deposit less $10.00 cancellation fee will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date otherwise a credit will be issued for that year. No refunds for inclement weather or early departure.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 8:00am - NJ Law.
