Q Daily—2 adults & 2 children	$105.00 plus tax Each additional person age 5 to 17: $5.00
Q Weekly—2 adults & 2 children	$630.00 plus tax Each additional person age 5 to 17: $30.00
Q Monthly—2 adults & 2 children	$1,890.00 plus tax Each additional person age 5 to 17: $60.00
All rentals are subject to a 7% N.J. State Sales Tax At the time of check-in only cash, MasterCard or Visa is accepted.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
Q Regular Weekends—2 day minimum	$ 105.00
Q Holiday Weekends—3 day minimum	$315.00
Q Weekly	$315.00
Q Monthly	$945.00
Deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Deposits are payable by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned bank checks.
IMPORTANT INFOMATION
Q Maximum of 2 adults and 4 children, no exceptions.
Q Check-in: Between 2:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Q Check-out: By 12:00 Noon
Q Half day charge for arrival prior to 2pm and half day charge for departure after 12 noon, depending on rental availability
Q NO pets or overnight guests allowed in rentals, no exceptions.
REFUNDS
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date otherwise a credit will be issued for that year. No refunds for inclement weather or early departure.
